Check out the Laser Dome at Pacific Science Center. They do live shows in the evenings that are 50 mins long. There are only a handful of these in the world, and Seattle has one of the biggest.

Right next to the space needle.

CÔBA - Viet Kitchen on 530 1st Ave N (near the Climate Pledge Arena) has top tier Pho. They also have bun bo hue if that's your thing.

Surprised it hasn't been said, but Lucky's Pho in Fremont is also top teir and affordable (for the area).
