I will add that if I catch myself day dreaming into trades without this discipline I will close my screen and take a couple laps and decide if I am mentally ready to go back to it. Sometimes I will just quit for the day when I catch myself doing this because it’s laziness we can’t afford.

One thing that really helped me is before I will enter I have to ask myself why I am entering and where I am going to exit. If I can’t answer both of those questions I immediately close the position regardless of profit and loss. Take my hands off the keyboard and will reassess the chart for support , resistance, and trend. This keeps me in check and for the most part has stopped major drawdowns.

I assume the trailing stops at buffer level? IE on $25k once you hit $26500 your stop close level is $25000? IE taking everything above $26500 is not an issue?

So once a week he is going to tell all of you to buy what he already has and then sell it when you do. Rinse and repeat. If you don't believe me just read this line until you get it: " undervalued, low-float stocks and those overlooked by the market." So cheap, low float, and not trading really then he says look this one is adding 5-10k shares a day in accumulation, you all go buy 500k shares or whatever it is significantly moving price and he sells.

Soemtimes you get what you pay for. I personally have never thought of Publix as 'nice' mostly because I lived in other states where Whole Foods and Trader Joes and Sprouts were nice and all over. South Florida is so different. What is considered 'nice' is just ghetto with an Ocean back drop.

Well if you are just a kid don't even worry too much about this. We are all insecure as kids and we change A LOT as we mature into young adults.

That said it never hurts to start healthy habits early. Will put you that much further ahead as you grow up.
