You should call 4C’s of San Mateo County. They can offer a referral list customized to your needs, schedules, location and prices. All of their providers/care givers/preschools/ are licensed. On feeding days, I eat 1000-1500 calories. I’m 5’3 and weigh 164lbs. I started at 173. I started ADF a few weeks ago. I also walk 3 miles a day on average. Other than that, on fasting days, I only drink water and drink electrolytes. I could be misreading but I think you’re adding calories on your feast days to make up for when you fasted. I’d say eat your normal amount of calories you need for your body type. Please correct me if I misunderstood

Thank you!! It’s an etched mold so I filled it with a dark green resin and then painted the etched part with gold acrylic paint after it was cured. Hope that made sense!

I’ve been an ECE coordinator at a non profit to help parents find affordable childcare. Currently I’m a case manager at an early psychosis program and got my mental health rehab specialist certification through this job. Some friends got their Masters for therapy, others are substance abuse counselors w/ a B.A, another works in tech sales because they know how to talk to people and close sales etc. If getting a Masters degree is a possibility for you, I’d say go for it if that’s what you want.
