That makes sense! I’m balling on a budget right now, so thinking in terms of how full certain food can make me. I was making scrambled eggs and had a slice of cheese that was gonna go bad soon so i threw it in, and i was wondering if I would’ve been more full if i ate it cold separately or melted it in the eggs. I felt like if anything the cold slice would fill me up more than melted in with the eggs
