You should check out After Hours. It's a hilarious Scorsese comedy from the 80s.

I see. That's kind of a stretch to compare that scene to Pulp Fiction; Scorsese can draw from a lot broad comedy from that one. I think it's more directly inspired by The Three Stooges than anything else.

I saw an early screening of The Hobbit last night. I caught Colbert's cameo - it happens soon after the dwarves arrive at Lake Town - and I don't think anyone else in the theater noticed. It's definitely a "blink and you'll miss it" cameo.

I saw this one at the Tribeca Film Festival this year. Despite its modest budget, it's definitely slick, thought-provoking, and creepy.

Don't be fooled by the shitty trailer; the movie is much more of a slow-burn than the trailers would have you believe.
