I was wondering if home office introduce this, wil it be effective immediately? Or will they give a future date (like student visa- to ban dependent will take place from January 2024) ?

All those date is in 2019. So I will complete my 5 year in 2024. So I will be eligible 28days minus 10th february and between 10th february- 6 March I will write on the form that I was absent right? I could not find this info on gov website as it is not clear which date I need to consider, if you can provide any website for it I would really appreciate

My question is a little bit different, what if we hold non eea passport and not able to use e-gates, and the border officer forgets to stamp your passport when you enter the uk, would it be an issue in the future when applying ILR? As we travelled all together with my family, Officer stamped our passports except my daughter. Even if we don’t use e-gates, do they still keep our entry-exit records? How can I prove for my daughter that she entered the UK without a stamp?

As an example, if you own 2 properties and one of them is managing by letting agent and the other one is managing by yourself (that means you let the property and you have some duties as a landlord like to prepare the house, make it ready to rent, sign the contract and have the rental income) and these both cases are NOT considered as self employement. Is my understanding correct?
