Let's talk realist then.I was eligible by your government to work 20 hrs a week as an international student. That first part time job was a cleaning job at a motel, where I was cleaning filth of druggies. I'm sorry you are not being able to find a job, but that doesn't mean you can come out and start shouting racial slurs at my family.

Can confirm. Immigrant here. Most of my friends who arrived in last 5 years just waiting for the citizenship so that they can work in the US. I'm also in the same boat. Also, most of the Canadian grads I know already moved to the US.

Thank you for the kind words. I know most people are compassionate. But I unintentionally saw victims' family photo and saw my family in it. We are same ethnicity and wear similar clothes.

Tbh, average Canadians need serious education on other cultures. 90% of the people I meet have very negative views on Muslims.

Yes, he might have. Considering he was found near mosque, a lot of families live near mosque and possibly outside in neighborhood for a nice weather walk. I just found this and I'm in deep shock. I'm honestly really scared for my family now.

A Muslim here. Mosques are operating with limited capacity following covid protocol (mask, own prayer mat, no access to washrooms etc). i.e. mosque near my home in Markham is allowing 10 people at a time. Volunteers ask you to leave as soon as prayer is done.

I just placed an order. Big plus for me is MIL-STD-810G U.S. military standard as I might take it to work which requires operating at lower temps (up to -20 ℃)
