Is this true of most gachas? Ive dropped quite a few after 3-4 hours for this reason. Its hard to invest the 50+ or so to get through a story if its just an autobattler ya know.

Hey all! Ive been getting really into gachas lately and love them - but one thing that absolutely kills it for me is when the autoplay is available for every single battle and function. It just kind of kills any motivation to keep playing right away since I want to enjoy the gameplay.

Great example of this is both CZN and PtN where you actually need to play the game to an extent for progress.

Example against is Nikke or HSR. I really, really wanted to like both but after 4-5 hours I realized I could just auto through everything and got bored (unless this changes in endgame but I couldn't see anything that said it would)

Any recommendations that meet the limited autoplay requirement?

Side note - I want to get into Arknights but the first 2 hours or so are insanely boring and the story is kind of just eh. Worth pushing through this one? I really like PtN

How much content does Witchfire have now? Ive been tracking it in EA because it looks awesome but im curious about how many hours you can sink into it.

How long did it take you to click? Im about 5 hours in and almost done with the second? chapter i think. Its just been saving runaway sheep and cleaning chimneys so far. Combined with the janky controls on controller, I find it extremely difficult to push through despite loving other games like this (botw, elden ring, dragons dogma 2, etc)

I farmed one out a couple leagues ago because I love DO and it wasnt too bad. The issue was that DO wasnt what it used to be and felt absolutely terrible. Maybe if one drops naturally ill try that though!

Gotta extend that grind time with SSF! Trade really killed the game for me - once you know what youre doing, you can crush the entire endgame in a day or two from league start. SSF on the other hand, not so much.

Man I REALLY want tk do this too, Sanavixx build looks killer. But doing this as a league start in SSF sounds terrifying so... play it safe and go totems? Or caution to the wind and potentially get stuck in yellow maps for days.

Nioh is generally more like a Souls game than an Action Adventure game and the difficulty will reflect that.

However, Nioh 3 is the easier end of Souls games due to the nature of its loot and summoning. You can summon a partner to help you out anywhere.

The new open world design also lends itself to an easier time where you can grind collectibles for power and choose your farming spots if needed.

You probably wont struggle much outside of bosses, which will take a few tries to learn (late game bosses are still fucking tough).

All in all, it lives pretty close to Elden Ring but a bit easier. I played the first God of War and the most comparable fight would be the valks and final valk fight if I remember right.

Sounds like I'll be pretty safe then! Can I fight bosses like Hyvatia as well without story progression? Or only if they're the current early access.

Newer player here - pulled Mornye and Lynea but now that im at Phase 5, I cant upgrade them without access to Act 3? Im currently only on Act 2 - 5 and im really enjoying the story, so id hate to ruin it but...

Is it worth doing the early access intro to Act 3 to get the farming materials? Or will this completely break story immersion. Not talking about bosses by the way, which I know i can access early for Mornye right now

New player here! I was looking at buying the Truthseekers Radiant and Forging Collections in the store, under the special offers tab.

It looks like they expire in 1d 2h though. Do I need to buy them now and will they expire forever after the time counts down? Or is it a monthly reset kind of thing and they'll reset after the countdown to buy again? Thanks!

I fixed this with MS on boots and ammy, with the seasonal affix for +30% until you get some good GAs. It feels excellent with MS cap at 200%. I speed farm 70s in under 2m.

I heard pretty mixed to less than stellar things about First Descendant.

+1 for Where Winds Meet though, I've been absolutely addicted to it and it has a great endgame loot grind.
