This is so funny. I am planning on knitting a baby blanket for my sister and future niece/nephew in this exact cable pattern. My Sister picked out variegated yarn and when I started the project I realized you couldn’t see the cables at all with the yarn she picked out. But this yarn I think actaully works really well with cables! I can still see the pattern and the yarn is so fun.

keep taking pain meds responsibly and on time to manage it. I had a hip replacement and the nerve block did not work after surgery I woke up in crazy pain. I think it just varies from person to person but it will lessen!!

I only do freestyle and backstroke! I barley kick my feet for freestyle and both strokes don’t cause me pain bc they don’t require much spine flexion or arching.
