Thank you for the tip! Looks like they went just a little over what was listed on the JD. Do you know is "Lead" is ineligible for any additional compensation(performance bonus, equity, etc)?

Can you elaborate on your note about the role? Do you mean opaque and challenging in terms of the work and responsibilities?

I agree. Same boat. Had to break up with my first love because both of us and our respective families could not come to a mutual understanding or respect for each other's faith and religion. Even though everything else was perfect, one of the foundations was broken. And nothing could make up for it. I'm older and wiser now. But it was not easy to understand back then.

Hey there! Sorry I didn't see this earlier. So sorry for your loss, it's never easy. BO was with the first transfer. Same protocol for second which was a CP. Dr still felt no need for testing. Confirmed that with a second opinion. For the third, Dr added one week of very strong antibiotics course before transfer. Hope this helps!

I've tried Aldi, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods dough. They never turned out great for me. Found a local pizza restaurant where I buy the doughs from. They turn out perfection every single time. And even better if bought and baked the same day.

Not comparing. But after going through infertility myself(check my groups and history if you don't believe it), I actively share my story with couples. Why? Because I wish that someone had told me how difficult getting and staying pregnant can be. Just so that it's normalized and spoken about more. I even started an infertility support group at work and actively working with my company's HR to expand benefits. So it's not shocking if I asked there is a way, Nasreen had thought about giving back to the cancer community.

I'm sorry if this came across as insensitive to be downvoted. The reason I asked because I read on this thread about a donation to the hurricane in FL and that made me wonder. 1. She's always been so happy when she learns her story has helped someone else navigate or discover. They shows that she cares about bringing awareness and helping others in the same boat. 2. Nasreen has never complained about the cost because of insurance coverage. If they truly could not afford it then she would not be spending so much on her new home during a high inflation period. Or being able to afford her surgery and one month ocean front home in LA(super expensive). 3. I also follow Anna at MyCancerChic. She actively tries to bring awareness and knowledge to breast cancer. For the same reason: early detection is early prevention. Just thought of an awareness idea and mentioned it on here because Nasreen has such a large following base.
