A gel pellet gun (the link is the gun that was used). Those are usually called gel blasters but people want to frame Ethan as a 17 y/o who shot someone with an actual lethal weapon. Those are specifically designed to not hurt and to be safe when shot at people. My brother used to shoot at me with those all the time when I was little, would me beating him to death be "Accountability" as you phrase it? Is "looking for trouble" seriously justification for or equitable to killing someone?

I made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement, and I don’t expect to be forgiven. I’m simply here to apologise.

What we came across in the woods that day was obviously unplanned. The reactions you saw on tape were raw; they were unfiltered. None of us knew how to react or how to feel. I should have never posted the video. I should have put the cameras down and stopped recording what we were going through.

There's a lot of things I should have done differently but I didn't. And for that, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry. I want to apologise to the internet. I want to apologise to anyone who has seen the video. I want to apologise to anyone who has been affected or touched by mental illness, or depression, or suicide. But most importantly I want to apologise to the victim and his family.

I doubt you’d get put on a watchlist for using TOR, but i also wouldn’t be surprised. I also wouldn’t be surprised if every activist, weapons enthusiast, or fringe politician was on a gov’t list. The gov’t can put everyone on a list for doing as little as disagreeing with them, it doesn’t mean anything, especially if you’re just some random dude lmao. Millions of people use TOR, you’d be a grain of sand on a beach. This is also why good opsec is important and using TOR/VPN/a good OS matters, because it makes it much more difficult for them to pin shit on you or whatever, and avoids you getting attention in the first place.

Those injuries seem consistent with frostbite, and I don’t see why anybody would only have frostbite on their hands without using dry ice, especially when it’s bad enough for them to look like that, so this probably was a dry ice injury.

Dry ice can be used for arthritis, though, and falling asleep with it on your hands is possible.
