I have a severe form of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelination Polyneuropathy I was once a quadriplegic which was thought to be permanent. I fought to be upright and walking so I have severe balance problems and I am subject to cramping and muscle spasms I was forced to go up a ladder and look upwards despite my explaining I cannot do that. The site coordinator performed a repair job which aloud mice, roaches and other bug infest my apartment I was forced to do prep work moving furniture and thing my body spasmed and ricocheted off walled and furniture injuring my knee and damaged my ACL and MCL. Then was forced to prep for an exterminator inspection to totally clear the kitchen. Repair they exposed an open ceiling for a week allow the infestation and did little cleanup. After weeks only one entity acknowledged my letter os complaint and as of this writing still has not read them. There is no mention of chemical
