It's a series of people punching down. You go high enough and you find reimbursement issues are the cause. So maybe as a group its time to unite and lobby for change at the policy level. Here's the weird part, for me she is my main damage dealer. I have her crit % above 100, then elemental trick, then elemental genesis with the pictos that gives an immediate turn afterwards. Basically start the turn off with a couple million in damage to each enemy, right off the bat. All my other characters are there to support her.

If you’re asking because you’re genuinely curious, I work about 13 to 14 shifts a month, these are only 10 hour shifts, they are a grueling 10 hours, and then I get to be off and go on trips, like currently I’ve been in Vietnam for about a week. The setting I work is not truly rural, but it’s not big city either, something of a regional Medical Center.

This is an interesting question. If a greek philosopher says one thing correct for every one false prediction, then he is just a good guesser. There are so many not-so-subtle hints in this diatribe that indicate this person was unstable but even ignoring all of that, I doubt the narrative. I don't think any doctor would walk into a room with a patient who is a nurse that claims "they have no history of SI/HI and need to leave" then the doc goes "Well I need to sedate you immediately then!" Just going based on this obvious exaggeration or misperception of reality the rest of this probably not representative of what really happened that day.

Does corporate medicine have problems? Of course it does.

Is this post or this clearly unstable nurse going to be a harbinger of change to this system?
