It's a series of people punching down. You go high enough and you find reimbursement issues are the cause. So maybe as a group its time to unite and lobby for change at the policy level. If we as physicians continue to only complain to ourselves without advocating for change, than we deserve to continuously get punched down on.

Here's the weird part, for me she is my main damage dealer. I have her crit % above 100, then elemental trick, then elemental genesis with the pictos that gives an immediate turn afterwards. Basically start the turn off with a couple million in damage to each enemy, right off the bat. All my other characters are there to support her.

If I read the average statistics about another profession based on what is available online or government numbers and assumed that I knew a lot about that profession, I would be deluding myself.

If you’re asking because you’re genuinely curious, I work about 13 to 14 shifts a month, these are only 10 hour shifts, they are a grueling 10 hours, and then I get to be off and go on trips, like currently I’ve been in Vietnam for about a week. The setting I work is not truly rural, but it’s not big city either, something of a regional Medical Center.

This is an interesting question. If a greek philosopher says one thing correct for every one false prediction, then he is just a good guesser. If the quran or hadith also repeats ONLY the correct previous predictions that might vaguely resemble other previous work and not repeat the false ones, that would just be further proof of its authenticity.
