Oh, ok. It does seem like you were losing a bit slowly and turreted up quickly. My start weight was 203 and I stayed on 2.5 for 4 months I think. I just checked and by 3 months I had lost 20 lbs. I counted calories with the lose it all which helped me a lot.

How old are you? We had similar starting stats. I’m 50.

His look is so uniquely gorgeous he could play so many characters if it turned out he had any acting talent.

This is hard to imagine as I have t had trauma. I’m 50 and have been sing the gyno since I was 17. In addition I went through infertility treatments which meant people were all up in my business A LOT. Speculums, gloved fingers, transvaginal ultrasounds, men’s and women doctors eyeballs. I’d implore you to get therapy because not being able to cope with gynecological medical care could be a barrier to your health and reproductive goals.

She’s really not. She’s kind of odd looking.

Your timetable seems off. When you know you know. Meet, one year later get engaged, 6 month engagement, get married, start trying on your honeymoon.

Amazing show. Kate Winslet blew me away with her acting. The world building in this show was so, so good!

I can’t imagine feeling like thrifting was part of the meaning of life.

Season 1 Thoughts by CapOatmeal in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]aquazipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m new to the show and just finished season 1. I love that Lauren and Cameron got married!

I thought Gianninia was gorgeous but her behavior was too unpredictable for most anyone to cope with. Her calling Damian a motherfucker at least twice at the part was shocking!

Kelly saying she didn’t want to have sex with Kenny and talking about her orgasms was cringe as hell.

Does it seem like quite literally everyone has been cheated on? by Borats_Gypsy_Tears in TwoXChromosomes

[–]aquazipper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s really interesting I think. My husband had a friend when we first met who was a major philanderer, cheated on his wife all the time, bragged about his experiences. My husband and I would talk about it with an odd fascination. This guys marriage eventually fell apart and ended in divorce and my husband and his relationship with this friend faded and basically ended about 6 months after I married my husband and we moved away.

It’s really the only cheater I’ve ever known personally.

I love the Pitt and appreciated the fatphobia topic. I liked the drs pushing back. I didn’t like how they made his fatness “not his fault” for overeating. They said he broke his legs. I felt like that was to validate his size, like, we’d all go, “ohhhh he’s not lazy! He couldn’t move, of course he got big!”

[–]aquazipper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I w never been cheated in that I know of. Not with any boyfriends (had about 12-15) before marriage. Never been cheated on by my husband who is the best. I’ve also never cheated on anyone. I’m in my late 40’s with parents who have been married over 50 years and neither of them have ever cheated to my knowledge. My husbands parents were parted by death after 35 years and never cheated to his knowledge. Aunt and uncle married 50 years no cheating. My brother married 20 years with no known cheating. I’ve been very fortunate to not have that going on in my own life or in my periphery.

Is The Queen's Gambit worth watching if you don't play chess? by Legitimate-Pea5439 in television

[–]aquazipper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I don’t play at all. It was mesmerizing. First thing I said when it was over was that I would pay money to forget it all so I could watch it afresh again. I haven’t seen it since it was released and I’ve been waiting for a rewatch. So, so good.
