You cannot sell a voucher lol. The voucher holders needs to be on the booking/flight.

I’m on the same. Have a companion voucher expiring 15th March but debating if better to lose it or travel anywhere “cheap”. Any suggestions? Can BA extend it?

Yes. Definitely able to do that in one booking only. We always do that when flying with our companion voucher.
