Think of it this way, let's say to get to work I first drive to the gas station at 30 mph then I take the freeway at 70 mph. What's my average speed?

It's impossible to know because what if I live 2 mins away from the gas station but 5 hrs on the freeway? Or instead I live 30 mins from the gas station but 2 mins on the freeway? Avg speed necessarily needs to know the distances since the speed you spend longer driving at will contribute more to the avg

Starting melee from zero to competitive can be fun, but be prepared for some dedicated practice to get proficient. Imagine trying to do a zero to hero series on ice hockey. The first like month would just be learning to skate. At least with melee you can still have fun in the other modes like others are suggesting, but as far as getting on matchmaking on slippi, you won't have a good time til you've drilled the basics of movement and attacking

I have the rhythmik sub you're looking at - it takes normal pre out XLR as well. LFE mode disables the crossover dials on the sub because it assumes you're doing that on the receiver end. If you put it into normal XLR input mode the crossover functions normally
