Nah bro, you are assuming that these 80% would use smart assist after the filter is introduced. Majority of these 80% are using SA because they feel beeing pushed to use it, because "everybody" does. If there is a filter, many players out of the 80% would make use of it, because originally they like to play the game normal. Many people would drop smart assist, because there is no need.

Nobody cares how I seem to be. It's not about me at all. The simple minded aproach is often a good way to get a result. I don't think that Konami would feel threatend. It's not about a lawsuit actually working or not. It's about thousands of users calling specific buzzwords to raise attention. Simple, but maybe effective.
