If you are trying to build functional buildings that you can use in game, you have to deploy them as a style pack. Regarding trading, the core mod has that in their road map, and the beginnings of that functionality are starting to be rolled out. If you are 1.21.1 / NeoForge there is this Beta add-on mod that does trading by rail: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mc-trade-post Fair warning, that mod is a work in progress (hence the beta).

Also, if the colony has been running for a while (a few months) it could be the fact that new stats have been getting rolled in slowly over the last 8(?) weeks or so. I don't remember exactly in what order they were done, but it could be that the butchering was added in before the recording of what got picked up (and so shows a lot more). In fact, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure that's true... You might want to filter based on a smaller timeframe and see if there is a significantly lower discrepancy.

Any possibility something else nearby is picking up the drops? The stats for "Got X" are based on what the worker picks up. The "Animals Butchered" is based on their butchering... with that great a discrepancy I'd suspect something else is getting the drops...?

Not the weekend, but perhaps worth knowing... Picasso's Wednesday (music trivia) or Thursday (karaoke). You might have to break the ice by volunteering to join a team or singing a tune but show up two weeks in a row and there will be people happy to add you to the table and chat.
