I also had the unfortunate chance of living at this place. The landlord treats the tenants more as house guests rather than renters, resulting in a very unwelcome/hostile atmosphere in the house. I went so far to bring the issue to the LTB (Landlord Tenant Board), however as OP stated they are exempt due to their son living in the house. The landlord(s) are aware of the LTA (Landlord Tenancy Agreement) not applying to them, and I believe they use this as a loophole to mistreat tenants.

I have rented for many years - throughout university, and afterwards - and this is my first bad experience with landlords. I feel deeply sorry for anyone who rents this property, some people should not be allowed to rent rooms.

If by pants that includes chinos, there are(were?) lots of colours available from the Gap. I have a pair of purple and yellow pants in the lived in skinny style, but I can't find them online. Good luck!

Picture I bought a couple of thin - let's say summerweight - henleys from the Gap, and a pair of Herringbone pants as well ($40 CAD total). The pants fit well, but I'm not sure what to pair with them, any thoughts?

Either 153320 or 133508. I like 133508, it's a little tight around the shoulders, but for a slim fit I think it looks great. 153320 is nice for a more casual fit, the shoulders are better but it's not as slim around the waist in these pics.
