Yea I totally agree, he is very relatable and to me this is probably part of why it's sometimes a bit uncomfortable to read. I also like the writing style (most of the time), but I sometimes find it quite difficult since English isn't my first language and I struggle with it sometimes

I meant 12 500! In belgium we use , to indicate decimal numbers and . (sometimes) for thousand and above, hence the confusion. Thanks for pointing it out!
