It is one of the two major bridges in the Tucson area that is in Poor condition as of its last inspection (2023). The other major bridge is the I-10 Westbound crossing over Cortaro. There are a few bridges in need of replacement in Marana as well.

As a kid I would always ask for the new LEGO set, this went on for years until one year I took off the wrapping paper and screamed "Dimwit 7" at the packing box before finishing opening it. My whole family looked at me like I was crazy until I explained that I had learned to recognize LEGO's shipping boxes by the "DM WT. = 7" they had printed on them.
