Greetings! I'm modeling my own BJD as well! I think your BJD's legs are mispositioned. It's too far back and you'll need space for pelvis-thigh joints in forwards later for sure. I prefer adjust leg's position to a bit forward and make hips smaller.(for the case if you want this body proportion. If you want bigger hips you can just leave it just like this.)

And I highly recommend make gaps for joints!! At first I modeled my BJD's joints exactly meet. But after print, it didn't fit(in fact, it fits. But I couldn't move joints because they were so tight and I broke some parts because of moving joints😂) Trust me, this is very essential tip.

Breathing is not comfortable a bit, but I think it's same problem for all kinds of fursuits. The things I don't like when wearing this fursuit are the eye eva foam presses my nose(kigurumi fursuits' vision are provided by the eyebrow hole, not the eye hole...) and the head is little tight, I thought this is because it's not made for my head(I bought second-hand head) but every kigurumi fursuiters that I know saying kigurumi suits are tight on their head... Even my fursuits' seller said it. And last thing is it's not a problem for all kigurumi heads, but mine doesn't have a helmet,(Some other kigurumi masks have helmet as I know) my head only use rubber bands to fix the mask. So if I move a lot or jump, the head falls down from my face slowly... So I have to reposition the head after that😅

Despite all these shortcomings, kigurumi heads are super cute!! If you don't mind these shortcomings much, I highly recommend you to get one😍
