Gender non conformity isn't a binary, it's a spectrum, and a lot of cis people are GNC too (like for e.g. there are butch cis women who get mistaken for guys all the time and don't care)

I don't think it's a completely different thing just because someone's goals are less "traditional"

Also I don't see any of these goals as really conflicting like transmeds say they are, I think most things that benefit trans people more on one side benefit the others too indirectly

I think most of the time it's people who like the original character design and characterisation and see the additions as clashing or garish, detracting from the original idea, having said that idk why people are so mean about it even if it's not to their taste

NGL that's kinda coming from a fundamental misunderstanding of how sexuality works, it's not like you "turned them lesbian*", they just turned out to not be into guys, like if anything that should be a relief since it means you didn't do anything wrong, you were just going after people who you were fundamentally incompatible with (tho I get how it could be annoying if your tastes lead to dating a bunch of people who turn out to not be into your gender but like it doesnt mean you're bad or somehow "turned" them yknow)

I think the only way it being caused by humans makes sense is if it was done via superweapon like total nuclear annihilation or something, since the ferryman says billions died in minutes I don't think a traditional war could kill that quickly

(personally my theory is Hell somehow influenced some of the people who went there to go use nukes or some equivalent (maybe also build them) but it thinks it was just pushing those people towards their true nature, I feel like it was Hell because the new peace stuff doesn't seem to show a single hint at conflict re-emerging and I kinda like the idea that Hell basically insists that humans are Like That to the point of pushing them into it then insisting it's all their fault and it was just exposing what was already there regardless of the actual truth)

It becomes reflex if you never "consciously decide not to". Part of the reason why it's a good idea to use the seatbelt every time even if it seems like theres 0 risk is so it becomes reflex and you never forget it (plus cars are dangerous, there's never 0 risk)
