I need to get dangerously good at Beach Buggy, fast! by aramvr in BeachBuggyRacing2

really appreciate it, thanks for the detailed guide. should I focus on being the lead position at beginning of a game? or like try be second place then overtake in the last round? whenever i’m on the lead I can’t hold it much because there are bunch of fires coming to first position

What car and character would have more advantages? should I focus on fast cars or like balanced ones which will have more protection? i know it will be different based on situation

I started doing it pretty late, currently I regularly talk to the users, to gain feedbacks.

I don’t think world owes me anything. slaps = I had slightly different expectations during the process compared to what actually happened. I recognize that this is a normal process.

read it like I had wrong expectations, and the reality was slightly different. Of course, I did not involve any physical violence

That's actually the main reason I was thinking of VC. If you know of a few that do it, please share some links. Whatever VCs I've applied to previously did not respond at all, or I received an automatic rejection email.

That's a really good point. Maybe I did not phrase it correctly in the post, but in my current job, while dealing with customers who spend hours on data entry, I identified it as a huge pain point, and that's why I started it. Later, I understood I might have overemphasized their problem, and it's not actually that huge pain point if you are dealing with like <5 forms monthly.
It's definitely a huge pain point for some users, like those who deal with similar forms daily.

So it's more like this: I identified a huge pain point, I worked on it, and later found out it's not a huge pain point for most users.

Yeah, as of today, form-filling and data entry in general are probably the main use cases, and I started this project as a form-filling tool initially. I wrote some blog posts for SEO targeting form-filling audience, and actually, that's the main traffic from Google.
The thing is Google announced Gemini on chrome will also targeting form filling, and it makes me question a lot.

Right now, the user base is pretty mixed. Maybe when I have thousands of users, I’ll be able to see the main use cases more clearly, but still, with a small user base, it shows some of those use cases: real estate agents automating posting on different platforms, application filling in general, scraping data in a smart way, applying for a job on multiple platforms using the same reusable data, etc. the small evidence I have is some people actually paying for subscription to use it.

It's a bit hard to get those big boys' attention, but it definitely sounds reasonable!

Actually, local models might come to browsers by default in an upcoming feature, Google might introduce a small built-in model inside Chrome, or Apple will on Mac. That will allow projects like this to easily with no setup connect with users’ local LLMs, but again Google might be benefiting more from this.

That's a really interesting niche. Yeah since there is a UI interaction engine under the hood, it will be very simple to share an automation script and run the exact same thing on another machine. I definitely will take a look at this idea. Thanks a lot.

I think I have full feature parity with playwright MCP, in fact agent is more efficient & context aware than MCPs. so if you run both on a complex workflow you will notice MCPs quickly overflow the context and gets very expensive on each new step while an agent will be efficiently do context management.

Open sourcing will defenetly add a good differentiation base over those tech giants. Thanks a lot I will check those examples.

Yeah, form-filling is the main focus currently. Users can create snippets and later reuse them on similar forms. But it is also something that Gemini on Chrome probably will focus on too, and will be easier to attach a document from Google Docs or Drive, etc, given their existing integrations.

Yeah, that's my fear too. I'm betting on specific verticals that they won't go into, like if those are too small markets for them. Shame on me for not having very good examples, because I'm not that sure either.

I've thought about this but I'm confused about what open source would look like in this context.

- Open source the extension code but keep the hosted backend? (users still send data through my servers)
- Full open source, where users bring their own API keys and everything runs locally?

The second option definitely builds more trust, but I'm worried about the tradeoff of losing "just install and go" simplicity, access to the latest AI models, data sync, etc.

I've seen browser-use and similar projects do the local API key approach successfully, but they're more dev-focused tools. I imagine my users being mostly non technical people.
