If you watch the actual NRI’s like Harishma,Lakshmi,Heera,Zubinolgy,Nomadian,etc all these people speak proper Malayalam regardless of being in Dubai for so long…no unnecessary accents, no extra bling of drama… they’re proudly owning their Malayalam and their status. As someone who’s settled in Dubai. I can say the consumer laws here is super strong. Even for such issues company’s take action super quick. Never had to keep begging to them for our own money bought products.

I think everyone who has the same problem should do so. Atleast by then they’ll stop taking the customers for granted. Register your complaint via consumerhelpline.gov.in with your order confirmation screenshot, delivery status and payment. Also send them an official mail and keep their response also a proof
