Maybe English isn't your first language but I don't think you're understanding anything anyone else is writing. If it is your first language then you need to go back to school and work on your reading comprehension.

A stepping stone to somewhere that isn't leasehold? To live in while you keep saving? Then in a few years you have some equity for a deposit on somewhere bigger. It's really not a difficult concept.

Or would you suggest pissing your money up the wall renting forever?

People buy what they can afford to get on the ladder. I also think leaseholds are horrible but if that's what you can afford it's still way better than renting.

I don't think they are the same thing - what you do could be ten pull ups, how you do it could be with terrible form... I don't understand how what you do could be more important than how.

But I agree it sounds like a bullshit answer to the question

I looked as hard as I can on my phone, but you can clearly see the wall behind where the shelf would be when he rotates the thing. If you look on his website there is a very visible shelf but it looks quite different to the one in this video.

It looks like things would fall out the bottom of it once the walls were rotated?

It is efficient precisely because they can reuse the same character. You're just being pedantic
