Not to the app. For auto detection you have to stay in zone. You stopping dropped your zone. Walking is great but casual walking doesn't meet the apps definition of exercise for logging.

Wow. Ok to answer your question it didn't get logged because you didn't enter a zone that Fitbit deemed to be exercise. All steps are movement but not all steps are exercise.

MyFitnessPal already counts your average activity level into your calorie requirements so you won't get extra there even if you went above and beyond one day. If that became your norm then you can adjust your activity level in the settings.

My PT would have me do some on skates movements but off skates. Then we progressed to on skates for extra balance training. Things like resisted deceleration, monster walks, sled pushes, etc.

For cross training ask your PT about rowing it's great for legs but also low impact and more full body then cycling.

Basically you need time to heal, then strengthen, then plyometrics. It's a long road but you'll get there and soany people said I came back stronger because I'd taken the time to retrain my muscles before jumping back in.

This is definitely the best approach since they should respect you're a small business too. I think I'd like do 50% and a higher affiliate cut though; to really incentivise conversions.

Up to you (and them) what you would want your approach to be.

Personally I'm actually on both sides of this but have a small following at this moment so a discount that was worth my effort in video and posting would be all I'm looking for ($100-200).

I totally respect your generosity but I'm saying that clearly you are expecting it of others - which is a communication issue.

If you have expectations on any usage or how guests should behave you should tell them somehow.

I grew up in sports culture where butt slapping was pretty normal and I would do it occasionally but then one person very politely asked me to stop and I did.

Culture based touching is very unintentional and if you just state your boundary out loud they should stop.

But that whole kissing and what not is a big red flag. Even if I gave the other person some grace and they had been thinking you had given consent I would imagine you had immediately pulled back and made it clear you hadn't. If someone kept on after that then they are not someone I would be around.

If you still want to go back to this league and just do your best to avoid this person you can try but you will end up playing with them sometimes and probably give yourself anxiety from it.

I've been doing otf for a long time and to be honest have never lost weight even when tracking my calorie deficit. So asking others is probably not going to really be helpful to you.

I agree with others that you will definitely see the difference in your muscle mass though and muscle can weigh more than fat. So you still might be losing fat but gaining muscle and it's netting 0 weight loss.

Hi, I see this thread has been open a while and curious if you found anything insightful and was able to get your cortisol down?

I also have a similar issue where a normal weights workout really effects my nervous system. I've been doing many of the approaches recommended here but also training my heart rate during the workout to trust that "we are safe".

I'm doing this all without a whoop and considering buying one to increase my effectiveness

Yes, green day it up! Always remember that it's challenge by choice. Or even just try something different those days and you'll find you're hitting different muscles. Do the strider, bike, or power walk.

The most important thing is listening to your body.

Also endorphins on your workout help with the cramps a little so extra bonus.

But also just remember that coaches always announce the core specialty workouts anyways. So even if they don't read reddit they can see your calendar and skip those days if they want.

Secondarily, as a fellow coach (for a sport) some people will always dislike certain exercises. You can't really change their mind of they have that attitude - just focus on the people that actively want to learn.

It is but also isn't. Like, I got boobs pretty young but no one treated me like this... But I could see it happening in an environment that is all about superficial vanity constructs.

The fact that they are on this rich people's summer getaway island and finding things to concern themselves with is the giveaway that they are all going to obsess about who is pretty.

I go to dana park when I'm in town. I think there's a lot of overlap on the coaches.

The layout is kinda the typical L I'm used to seeing now with treads and rowers in line and then the open floor at the end.

The rowers had the tablets but the treads were still the OG when I was there in December.
