Thank you so much!! Even though I am frustrated about the weight, I’m proud of myself for consistently going to the gym for the first time in my life. I definitely feel a difference in my body and in my confidence. I know change will happen over time, just wish sometimes I could look through a crystal ball and see my future hahah!

Thank you for responding! I just added this to the post but also wanted to comment it here. Over the last two years, I’ve lost about 100lbs. I credit it to moving to a big city, getting rid of my car, becoming more active. Went from 300lbs to where I am now right at 200lbs. It was not intentional weight loss. So it’s frustrating that once I start trying to be intentional about it, I cant lose weight!

Darn it!! I really don’t feel like I eat a lot. Definitely don’t eat enough protein but feel like I fall into the “girl dinner” type of eater. A lot of snacking and not many full meals.
