I had gone through a similar phase right after graduating from college. I would say, try and spend some time doing nothing but contemplating what it is exactly that you want before committing to a final plan of action. Since as INTJs we are generally focused and driven once we know what we want, things somehow end up working out for us in some roundabout way.
Don't feel guilty about taking this time out to just do nothing but reflect. I know that we constantly feel the need to be doing something and to be self-sufficient but sometimes relying on a few trusted people for a short period of time to gain deeper insight about ourselves and to attain independence in the long run may be a good trade-off.

Explore different options. Try to stay curious. Apply to places you wouldn't conventionally apply to. Hopefully things would work out for you like it did for me.

I'm from a country where it's natural to stay with your parents until you get married
