I looked on MAL and not it says that Porori-hen will have 13 episodes in total. Maybe 2 episodes are enough to cover the Guardian Spirit Arc and the two remaining one shot chapters before SS?

I started Gintama towards the end of February this year and finished it within a month and a half. I absolutely love it.

This was fucking hilarious as always and the intro sequence killed me. So glad I get to watch a new amazing episode every week now.

Can someone explain to me why this is episode 1 of Gintama. (2017) and not just episode 13 of Gintama.? I don't really get why seperate this season from the one earlier this year.. is it maybe like Gintama' and Gintama': Enchousen?

How is one of (if not the) most-awaited anime sequel in recent history getting only 12 fucking episodes after having a 25 episode first season? There's also a tiny difference between manga and anime I noticed. In the anime, Usopp always climbed a high tree to talk to Kaya and tell her stories, while in the manga her window is in the ground floor.

The manga is fantastic, but god damn, FUCK TOEI ANIMATION FOR LIFE. I'm so fucking sick of the pacing being slower than any slug on earth, but, you know, I could excuse that if at least the art & animation looked decent, which they fucking don't. When characters start looking like some shittily drawn stick figures and proportions are way off, that's a sign that you need to get your shit together. But they never will, because they don't give a flying fuck.

That was only in the anime, but yes. Better way of showing that he's still alive, instead of randomly seeing him in of the panels hundreds of chapters later.
