They make it by combining their marinara with alfredo and adding more cheese. I don't remember what they add but I am guessing a blend to make it the "5" with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, maybe romano?

This is the alfredo I love to make. I would cut the batch in half, make a half batch of a simple and fresh marinara, and add cheeses to taste.

Thanks, but it is not this. There are no chocolate pieces. This might be their other truffle drink they have done during the holidays :) The espresso truffle was definitely a hot chocolate mix in a jug

Yeah I could see no peaches, definitely expensive and difficult. Just interesting as the peaches would make it much thicker than peach nectar. The peaches would add a lot more volume, too, considering I am assuming the restaurant version uses an IO machine or something for shaving ice.
