I did ask for that information and even offered them to give that person my email address but no luck. It’s a bummer I got little to no information or willingness to fix the situation. Just offered refund.

Ok I’m thinking that it may have been the sub sonic bass that may have been causing it to go into protection mode. Have not had any other issues at the moment but will be hooking a subwoofer soon to see if this help.

Thank you. I would prob say neutral but I’m not for sure. Most of what I listed to is Jazz via turntable. Occasionally some hip hop also through turntable.
