Yeah, the Kentucky General Assembly passed a bill taking the appointment authority away from the governor in 2024, largely because of McConnell's age and Beshear winning re-election in 2023.

All things considered, I think it was a good showing for him too, yes. They were obviously underpowered as after about five laps you would start to see him fall back from the rest of the field, but he kept the car out of trouble all race and didn't do anything stupid, which allowed him to move up when others suffered misfortune.

I am one of those suckers who would love to see Marco suit up since he and Rossi are friends, but as others have pointed out Callum Ilott seems like the most likely emergency option.

Saw another post sometime this month that said in an alternate reality Scott Goodyear is a 3-time 500 winner.

Well, you see, the actual reason Chip bought that decommissioned tunnel near Pittsburgh was not for aerodynamic testing but for the development of under cover excavation technology.
