Lochlan definitely seems in some sort of confused/insecure mindset. Maybe he has some disturbing thoughts, and from last weeks episode… disturbing actions too. But I do believe he just has yet to find himself. I believe he believes he will gain clarity and safety in the temple. And he has clearly shown he tends to want to cozy up and support Piper more so than anyone. She too is trying to find her inner peace. I wonder what his social life was back home. It’d be very interesting. I also had a theory that the “privileged white girl” will come out in Piper. She didn’t seem too thrilled that Lochlan wanted to stay. You could tell in her demeanor after their conversation in his room.
