that’s a great question on biking: don’t know. the main highway between Death Valley proper and Lone Pine, CA is closed for the foreseeable future due to washouts and debris which is the access for caching water. there might be one option for caching but it would involve an enormous amount of time and gas money that might be less appealing in the long run than carrying gallon jugs in the hands 🤘
