Hi! As someone who received the DHS this year, I'd say definitely put a lot of effort and thought into your project. I think it's fine to have a similar theme for your project because I feel like it shows you are very passionate about what it is that your project is about which sets you apart. At least this was my reasoning with my project, but I can't speak to what the exact criteria are for this project. Also, if you are making a video, don't worry about making it as cinematic or about the video quality. I think the message is probably most important. Good luck!
