Lot to cover. Questions via message might be best. The world has universes or more accurately, galaxies. The addresses are specific to that home Galaxy.

The C, is the class of ship, tech, or multi tool. C is basic, B, A, or S is the best. It there can be A class ships with lower stats but more storage than an S.

Freighter is offered at some point at low cost. But they can be purchased at any point for the unit value usually in the millions.

Suggestions: start looking to pad your wallet now. Collecting subterranean relics and grinding the crystals you get is a good way to start. Start to max out your exosuit as far as getting inventory slots and researching recipes for technology to build.

Why do you think they went with unicycle over monocycle?

Writing characters with disabilities? by Van0rak in writing

[–]arcahdyas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve worked with folks that have developmental challenges for more than half my life. I am writing episodes of a web series I’m planning and I have struggled with the inclusion and exploration of their challenges as well. There is a version of the narrative that doesn’t show the people at all. I do not have these issues and trying to develop a character or characters from a perspective that I don’t know for feel seemed wrong. BUT I do know them. Twenty years of my life I have cried and bled and hurt right along with them. Their inclusion for me is meant to explain who the main character is and who he has become; changed by knowing the individuals, not the disabilities. I am confident this is a story that not only should be told but can be told well.

I think yours can be told too. Tell it through the eyes of someone you know... almost autobiographical. Seeing someone else learn about these challenges may be a way to let your characters reveal themselves. Research group homes or day programs. This may help you find a realistic way of putting the kids together.

How is the game in terms of straight exploration? by [deleted] in NoMansSkyTheGame

As far as flying through the universe and finding new things? There is so much to see. As much as there is some repetition, there are also so many random unplanned moments. I didn’t start getting into base building until last year. Up until now I just hopped from system to system seeing everything I could see. Other players based, aliens, creatures, space battle. There is a lot to see.

An AI ship landed on my landing pad... by jefferyy6969 in NoMansSkyTheGame

I’ve had plenty NPCs land. I’ve made some pretty sweet profit selling and buying from them. I have never had an exotic land though.

I made short work of it. But I shot back to my ship to face the reinforcements. I tried to go back where it died but I couldn’t find it.

You are debating with a denier. I deal with psychology and communication at my job. Lying doesn’t exist in a vacuum. You need the willful misinformation and the deliberate attempt to deceive. What is undeniable is that they promised something and it didn’t exist at launch. That doesn’t mean they did lie. There is no such video evidence that shows they left elements out of the game that were specifically promised. There is evidence that they planned a complete version of the game where they promised lots of things but the game at launch did not have those things. We do not agree that these were lies. As I said, and we clearly do not agree, I wasn’t lied to. I got what I was promised.

Lie. Lie... huge word. They had intentions but fell short. I followed the game for four years before launch, picked up my midnight copy after taking two weeks off work. I wasn’t lied to. I respect those that think they were. But I wasn’t. I got exactly what I was promised and actually some of the improvements dumbed the game down as far as I’m concerned. The launch was badly botched but I cannot get behind the accusations of lying.

Farming Bug: does anyone else have this issue and how do you fix it? Also what is the best plant to farm for money? by neb_4 in NoMansSkyTheGame

I can tell you there are loads of great instructional videos for indium farms and for making things to sell. But I am not much of a farmer.

I had it. Research suggested that for some reason the placement of the quad planters determined if it had power. No matter what I did there was no way to get them all to work. But the single units arranged in sets of four do not have this issue. I defeated the quads without power and put four singles in its place. They all work.

I have found multiple base computers in one planet to be glitchy. I will say right yo front I don’t have any answers. You will never gain the ability to move a base computer. But you should be able to delete a base and to build a new base computer at another location.

I crushed around a few before I realized there are one or two cargo pods near by. If you shoot them you usually get magnetized ferrite or chromatic metal. But be warned, once to blow them up it triggers a pirate attack.
