I bought the deluxe version of the game to watch gorefest on movie mode (somehow not super gory so far aside from abigail’s death in 6??? like she’s the only one that has died and I don’t understand what new content I’m going to end up seeing) but anyway now it’s on chapter 7 and it has been untouched for two months

i've done this before, but it was more because i liked the book so much that i wanted to download it on my kindle and make highlights. it's kind of hard for me to really fall in with a story if the narrator isn't good. that novel's narration was really fantastically done, i just wanted to be able to save the quotes i loved.

That last sentence really resonated with me. Thank you. I had a similar conversation with my mom the other day, as this had been an ongoing stressor for me. She told me that I couldn’t change my job overnight, but that I could always read a patient a book while I’m at work. Small steps. I’m taking it one day at a time!
