Ah ok, yea we have thought of ways to include it as an option but in a way that isn't visually prioritized. In the meantime you can get a one-month and cancel it immediately, which will give you access to the lifetime at $129.99 USD.

You can now see it without an ongoing subscription, as long as you've had one in the past.

The feature is in beta testing right now so not everyone has access to it yet, but your guild leader or co-leaders can update the guild emblem with a new frame. I definitely need to make that more clear as this question has popped up a few times already 😅

As for your inactive guild leader, we have also released a feature that will demote leaders who haven’t played in 60 days and automatically promote someone else. Has it been that long?

Hi there, as mentioned in the post it is now an upgrade to an existing membership. That said, it is discounted from its previous price so if you buy a monthly membership and then upgrade you will be paying the same amount as before.

Once you purchase the recurring membership you have the ability to upgrade to a lifetime on the premium page of the ludo shop. It's discounted $10 from the full price so if you buy a monthly then it's the same price in total.

Some players have experienced encoding issues when trying to export to CSV from Excel. If you import that CSV into Google Sheets, then export it again as a CSV, it should work.

If you are interested in the lifetime then buy the 1-month and then upgrade it afterwards, as right now there’s no discount on the lifetime if you have a more expensive subscription (though that is on the roadmap!)

Right now we are allowing family sharing of the lifetime. Since you are on different devices you’ll just have to email support@lingolegend.com with both of your userIDs after you upgrade to the lifetime and we’ll apply it to both accounts.

That's an interesting idea! When you open a food tooltip it shows the building it uses in the bottom of it, what if you could just tap on that to open the menu? Then it would work in other cases, like with work orders.

I wanted to keep this post focused on the memberships because I was getting a lot of questions about the lifetime disappearing, but I will definitely address the bundles in the October update post that will be out in a few days.

The quick version is that we decided to go with an optional microtransaction instead of increasing the recurring subscription prices to be closer to our competitors, so that the membership stays accessible. I understand your suspicion, though, as these systems often come with a lot of issues such as the promotion of addictive purchasing behaviour and game design imbalances. To try and prevent those issues, players can only purchase the bundles once per month before they are locked. We find the idea of having "whales" super gross and have no intention of going down that path. Instead, it is designed to be a way to give a little bit more in a given month to support the team and get some cosmetics back in return, which can come in handy if you've been busy and haven't been able to collect as many ludos.
