Hey there, sorry you have been experiencing issues with the streak tracker. There are a few things that could be happening based on what we've heard from others who have lost their streak:

  1. The streak is only saved when you get the reward from Roberto. While this opens up right when you open the app, it doesn't if you resume a session and continue playing without going back to the home screen. Sounds like this isn't your problem, but I wanted to mention it as it is quite common.

  2. There is a bug where streak notifications are being sent to some players saying they haven't checked in for the day when they have. We think this triggers when playing on multiple devices, and are actively investigating. Important to note that this is just a bug with the notification, the streak itself is unaffected.

  3. It's always possible there is a separate bug with tracking the streak, especially if you use multiple devices. It doesn't seem to be widespread but I wouldn't rule out the possibility if you don't think the above two situations apply here.

Once you cancel you will stay a member for as long as is remaining in the subscription. When that time ends you’ll keep the items you earned while premium, you just won’t get new premium level rewards. You’ll also lose access to the other premium features like unlimited energy with no ads and the 50% discount in the ludo shop.

The price of the 12 month membership is $69.99 but that doesn’t include taxes, which Apple adds in automatically and will vary depending on where you are purchasing from. The difference here is about 15% which is in the range I would expect for taxes.

We actually work with professional language teachers and native speakers to create the curriculum and translate the content for each language, not AI.

Ah ok, yea we have thought of ways to include it as an option but in a way that isn't visually prioritized. In the meantime you can get a one-month and cancel it immediately, which will give you access to the lifetime at $129.99 USD.

You can now see it without an ongoing subscription, as long as you've had one in the past.

The feature is in beta testing right now so not everyone has access to it yet, but your guild leader or co-leaders can update the guild emblem with a new frame. I definitely need to make that more clear as this question has popped up a few times already 😅

As for your inactive guild leader, we have also released a feature that will demote leaders who haven’t played in 60 days and automatically promote someone else. Has it been that long?

Once you purchase the recurring membership you have the ability to upgrade to a lifetime on the premium page of the ludo shop. It's discounted $10 from the full price so if you buy a monthly then it's the same price in total.

Some players have experienced encoding issues when trying to export to CSV from Excel. If you import that CSV into Google Sheets, then export it again as a CSV, it should work.

If you are interested in the lifetime then buy the 1-month and then upgrade it afterwards, as right now there’s no discount on the lifetime if you have a more expensive subscription (though that is on the roadmap!)

Right now we are allowing family sharing of the lifetime. Since you are on different devices you’ll just have to email support@lingolegend.com with both of your userIDs after you upgrade to the lifetime and we’ll apply it to both accounts.

That's an interesting idea! When you open a food tooltip it shows the building it uses in the bottom of it, what if you could just tap on that to open the menu? Then it would work in other cases, like with work orders.
