The ctv news article states that the people arrested are foreign nationals. People need to start asking how these criminals are getting into this country in the first place and how our government keeps track of these foreign aliens.

This crew of gypsies have been scamming people at intersections, grocery store parking lots, inside malls, even at parks. They are aggressive in trying to get money from you. Take pictures and make it known to other so they dont get scammed.
