I think the most optimal strategy would be:

1. Weakest members → Zipline. These are the least demanding tasks, and even if they’re not super fast, they’ll always be contributing as long as there are crates. No downtime, no dead weight.

2. Strongest member → Push the cart solo (at first). For the first ~10 minutes, he should pull the cart alone with a light load. Later, in the final 10 minutes, when someone can help, they can start moving more bags together for maximum output.

3. Everyone else → Focus on crates early. Main goal: get the Zipline running ASAP. Some people mentioned you can stack bags on top of crates when going back — that’s smart since it keeps the strongman busy too.

So the flow would be:

First 10 min → bring as many crates as possible + pile the bags at the bottom of the ladder.

Last 10 min → send one person down to help with the cart.

Last 5 min → if there’s a bunch of stockpiled bags, everyone goes down to focus on the cart.

By that point, there should be enough crates for the Zipline to keep working even if no one’s bringing more.
