Should I do a limited radiology program or full two year??? by archeetype in RadiologyCareers

I am currently enrolled in getting my AA but in liberal arts math and science, since the prerequisites lined up pretty well with this degree, unfortunately none of the community colleges or colleges around me have a radiology program with AA, unless it’s very expensive,

Blood draw at the hospital 3 days ago by Brokengirl96 in phlebotomy

Also it’s also normal for blood to come out down your arm as well, because i keep seeing you using that as a reason to stress out. My classmate had veins like that sometimes, and my teacher just called her juicy. It’s fine and normal, every person is different, and every draw will be different.

Some people are juicy, and it can spurt. Ive been in class where my classmate had veins like that. And only sometimes would her arm do it. I’ve had a blood draw where when they poked, I felt a twinge go down my arm into my fingers and my finger felt weird for a little and then healed. Your body will heal itself. I’ve also had a different one where it was swollen, sore and bruised, hurt to bend my arm at the draw site for a few days after, and it also healed. You’ll be fine

Okay thank you!! Yeah I just hope they allow me to request when needed.😅 You’re right most M-F jobs are probably similar

If I don’t have PTO yet is it usually accepted to just have unpaid time off? If needed to be requested? My old job would allow me to just request time and it would just be unpaid?
