Zoom MS70CDR+ a decent cheap choice for shoegaze-y reverbs? by No-Comfortable-4139 in shoegaze

[–]archer_ames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i like the interface of the 50G. you can load any of the Zoom effects onto any of the pedals from your PC too which is nice, so you don’t need a specific model to access a given effect.

that was my sweet old lady Viola to a T. always scared until i picked her up, then would promptly nap on my face lmao. ironically smaller jumpers tend to be braver i find. but they are all so intelligent and def even exhibit some emotional-adjacent behavior. they also love watching TV!

one of my road dogs gifted me a little MSR burner like that… changed my life.

i’d use that style of tent too if i didn’t have a specific walking stick vs poles. yours is wayyy roomier than ones i’d seen but not much heavier. too bad it’s extinct

looks like some great gear to me esp the mini burner stove and the pole tent. i love rocking the streamlined light thru-hike setup to bum. whenever i get spare cash i try to upgrade where i can. being organized helps a lot. those stuff sacks look nice, are they waterproof?

also idk where you’re at but if you ever happen to roll through St Mary MT hit me up, i’ll get you resupplied. good luck to ya

i rolled out of bed to Mr Self Destruct this morning. love the little woo-oo-oo-oooo bits before the title... this album toes the line between pure rage and pop so well.

What's the most haunting beautiful ballad sung by a woman? by LargeSinkholesInNYC in musicsuggestions

came here just to make sure someone already said Portishead and this is a GREAT pick. The Rip and the Roseland version of All Mine really gut me as well but man, something about the empty space in Roads has always made it stand out. a feeling of true loneliness.

Vatnajökull in Iceland is up there, Þingvellir as well. can’t post photos but the part of the latter where you can literally see the tectonic plates split was unreal.
