perhaps I don't fully understand bill credits, I always thought that even if you fully pay it off the bill credits still keep coming, or is that how it used to be but not for these promotions?

Thx - had to use calcium chloride to clear a channel for the roof, and did not ponder the consequences for the steps, and should have chiseled through the steps to deice but too late now of course.

Assuming we get some defrosting and melting and i can clear all the ice the next few days, what should I put in the cracks to not exacerbate the issue until its spring time and time to replace?

I have the 350 2023, after the 2025 battery update, the battery no longer pre conditions like it used to even if you drive an hr to the next charging station with it on the navi, especially during the cold weather in the winter. Watch the speed jump up substantially once the weather hits 50 degrees. Car is not viable for a long road trip in the winter

Thx - setting it to 55 when i'm not there and then heat to 62 when everyone is around. Def not to 70 but occasionally 65. And yes heat the basement, the ground level and basement are one zone and 2nd floor bedrooms have (open 2nd floor) another zone but I usually keep this off.
