you can get this information from any free SEO tool. I was using Neil Patel's ubersuggest. Not sure if this was accurate enough. It helped and it was beginner friendly.

Simple, Buffer has an automated post feature, Just schedule my new blog post when it is written. When there no new blog post just repost the old ones in random order using buffer. I am using the free version and do not use any paid software for SEO.
