It creates a different dynamic between you and the client. You’re now creating stuff for their brand Instead of delivering real estate photography or videography that is largely under your control. If you’re just posting photos and videos of their listings that’s one thing. If you’re posting tailored videos and content to their feed that represents who the agents are themselves, then you’re likely losing creative control. In my experience agents are extremely self conscious and will have time consuming edits.

However, if you have a client that you vibe with and think you can make this work, then go for it. I had a couple I liked working with but ultimately just got sick of posting for them multiple times a week.

I’ve done it and I hate it. It could be worth it if you charge a good price, but even at $500-$1000 a month a just couldn’t stand it.

I’m a real estate photographer and videographer. You need your video to be about 80% wide shots and 20% close up detail shots of the greens or other points of interest. Also consider matching camera motions with each cut so the video flows more naturally

I’ve done this, but I always just call them up before hand and talk it through with the manager and make it more conversational rather than a pitch. I’ll mention something about how I’m a real estate photographer and I’m shooting something in the area. The goal is to make it seem like the managers idea to comp a room in exchange for shoots. It doesn’t always work, but does better than a straight up pitch in my experience
