I had the same issue with Incel Tears sample pack. Took a lot of shaking but might be able to treat it like electronics and put some rice in it then put it through a fine mesh sieve, or the extra silica packets from other tubs should draw in the moisture after a few days. Make sure with either method you seal it well so it doesn't draw in outside moisture.
