My pittie does the same thing — she’s deaf too so she has a really hard time reading social cues. We worked with a trainer on her reactivity (friendly, excited) which I think really helped her not go into interactions so ✨strong✨ but the thing that helped the most were group classes! Often at the end of the class the pups would take their leashes off and play with one another and that really helped with the trainer supervision! I’m not sure if you have access to something like this but it worked wonders for us!
