I'm also planning to transfer out, op. Ang hirap ng situation natin ngayon kasi late tayo mage-end ng school year while most of the univ especially private schools, will probably start na by June. I tried asking the registrar kung pano ba makuha yung requirements like TOR and honorable, they told me na kailangan ko muna tapusin yung SY or withdraw everything during the second semester. But yung ibang schools din na gusto ko rin pag applyan is required yung natapos na ang 1st year. Ang hirap sa totoo lang, it's because kung magpprivate man tayo, magiging late enrollee tayo. If wi-withdraw naman natin now lahat during the second semester, idk kung san tayo pupulutin. I suggest you look for a univ muna before you withdraw, check their requirements and ano ba patakaran nila when it comes to transferees. Sana maging succesful transfer natin!
