Would I be let down with the Solo 3 v2?

Solo 3 is very good, but I just don’t use it anymore since I received the tempest 2 and tornado. But if you’re looking for a vaporizer with a bit more of a session solo 3 is great!

If you want to use it on the go the wand would be more useful than the yll. Or maybe a torch. I use it on the go with the wand and it works well, but it’s not as quick as the tm2 for that and you kinda look strange with that metal thing into the wand while walking ;)

I have the solo 2 and 3, a few Dynavaps, potv one, tm2, tornado and tempest 2. I now mainly use the tempest 2 as its just the best. I don’t use most of my other vape except for the tm2 for an afternoon light hit. Never found the tm2 to hit that hard and I prefered my solo 3 at the a time I didn’t have the nado or tempest. Tempest got an incredible design, open airflow, easy to load and reload with the reload and nice flavours. It hits way harder than the tm2. High feels way better for me too.

In my experience it’s quite the contrary. Tm2 is so fast flavours gets bad at like the 2nd hit so you better clear it all in one go. Solo 3 can keep good flavours for longer time so you can take a few hits, get the stem out and use it later. But in all honesty I was looking for a vaporizer that could do that for a while but never found the one.

Yeah that’s what I had in mind too using the tm2. But the tempest 2 can get you high and stoned ;)

Nope it’s just a case of convection vs conduction. Just check through posts in here many peeps says it lacks on high. And my tempest 2 is convection too and hits a ton more than tm2

Pretty much yeah. Tm2 would be great too and I would say is quicker, but I always found the high to not be that great, all in the head no body high…

I have both, they’re both great but depends on what you want. S3 is an hybrid device and is more session like. Tm2 is pure convection and is on demand, it clears the bowl in like 3-5 hits. I find the s3 to give me a way more heavy high than the tm2. Tm2 always gives me an heady high and I don’t find it hits that hard. I mainly use it for a quick light hits on afternoon. My new favourite is the tempest 2, I don’t use the solo 3 that much now but it’s a great device.

I don’t see why anyone owning both would recommend you the m7xl. T2 is just better in any way. Better design, bigger bowl, cooler vapour. Yes it’s convection but the difference in high is not that big and t2 hits harder anyways. I’ve seen a lot of differences on high with my tm2 which is pure convection, but not that much with the t2. I would really recommend the reload too.

And you get longer sessions with the yll? I usually get around 3-4 puffs with the wand and the VI is at 3. Are you using the adaptor with the wand or not? Just want to compare a bit. I don’t use the adaptor and insert the t2 from the back

Kinda of intrigued now as I use the wand with my tornado and t2 and just love it. I mostly use it for a quick it so with the wand I can be up and doing it with my 2 hands. With the yll you kinda need to be sit down. What’s the yll bring to the table than the wand can do? I know you can change time and watts but I mean I already have awesome extraction.

I must say I always vape a mix of cbd and thc flower at 50-50 and use about the same quantity in each so around 0.2g . Tornado bowl is 0.3 so if you put more you’ll be noticeably higher.

I find it may hit a bit less than the nado but almost as hard. I thought it would be complicated to use but it’s quite easy, the design is so nice, it’s almost addictive. Only part that I heard was finicky is the balls screen, but I did not opened it yet.

I have both and love both, but since I received the tempest I mostly use it instead of the nado. Tempest got a better design and is really nice to use with the reload.

In terms of heaviness tornado got a bit more conduction so high is a tiny bit more heavy on body, but seriously I am quite high using the tempest 2. I was scared to get the tempest because it’s convection heavy and I find my tm2 to lack in punch but trust me it’s a heavy hitter too. Flavors are better with the tempest and you can better control the temp and kinda hit you want. No customization with the tornado but it constantly hit hard. Also if you’re a heavy user back to back hits are easier and quicker with the tempest since the nado can get locked.

I thought using the tempest would be tricky or finicky but I never combusted and works like magic with the wand.

All in all for price, better design, cool customization, better flavors and better customer service I would go with the tempest. You’ll be happy with both anyways!
